The last few months have been CRAZY! Reflecting, there is so much I have to be proud of and happy about. My life has definitely had it’s turns in the valleys (figuratively and literally), but the view I have at the peaks surpass anything my young mind could have ever hoped for… and, as this is a journey, there are so many things in life yet to experience, learn from, and appreciate.

I am not blessed… I am motivated and inspired.

I am motivated by a desire to see this world change for the BEST. I am motivated by my passion to be a part of that change. I am inspired by those around me that continue to support and believe- not only in me, but in this cause that is greater than any person. I am inspired because that need is so great, yet there are so many people still ignoring it.

There is no way I could do what I do, though, if it weren’t for one person in particular. My partner in life and my complimentary half; my confidant and co-conspirator… Kevin Rhoades. It is with a heart full of joy that I announce our first anniversary week.

Since the beginning, we have been inseparable. The last few months have been a crazy whirlwind and I couldn’t imagine it with anyone else. Thank you for holding me when I push you away, listening to me when I cry, and always bringing me juice in the morning with a kiss before you leave for work. You are the hope that keeps my sun rising, and the joy that allows the relief of the moon. My heart beats for yours.

Thank you, too, to all those who have supported our journey. From lazy days at the rooftop pool, through drunken trips to the river, watching our cross-nation road trip on snapchat, and making our dreams come true. Here’s to another thousand years of love and joy.

I am SO excited for what the next few months have in store for the HAZELVERSE! I am preparing some major updates to share with all of you! Sit tight my lovelies. Buckle in for a ride that’s out of this world.
